# Unformatted text (text without HTML characters)
If you need a label without formatting, you can edit it using the Edit Element rule.
You choose which element you need to edit - in our case a label, ie DESCRIPTION.
At the bottom, check "no HTML" and this step will remove all formatting from the label via HTML tags.
